We will be treated to another spectacular show on ice as the Boston Bruins visit the Vancouver Canucks in Game 7 of the NHL Stanley Cup 2011 Finals on Wednesday. This will be war on ice as both teams were involved in ugly melees throughout the series inflicting some major injuries to players.
The Boston Bruins routed the Vancouver Canucks, 4-0, to win the 2011 Stanley Cup Finals in the much-heated Game 7 on Wednesday night at Vancouver. The Bruins won their second Stanley Cup after 39 years. Bruins' 37-year old goalie Tim Thomas made a magnificent job on making 37 saves to register his second career shutout in the Stanley Cup. The Bruins were able to limit NHL's highest scoring team to eight goals in the seven-game Finals.
